Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The location was convenient as it was walking distance to the main market and had easy access to bike rentals. The staff was friendly, and the riverside dining offered a great ambiance. The view of the nearby river was a highlight of the stay.
Some aspects of the hotel weren't up to par. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, Bed sheets and towels were not replaced frequently, and the bathroom had issues with water supply and maintenance.

We had a lovely stay at Waterway, situated near Mall Road in Manali. The highlight was definitely the riverside dining experience, where we enjoyed delicious meals with a stunning view. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Mall Road and nearby bike rental shops. Despite minor cleanliness issues in the room, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a value for money deal in Manali. we had a pleasant stay at Waterway.
